Why Our Pub is Great

Our ethos here is simple. We’re all about being excellent in everything we do; from the food and drinks we serve to the home-from-home space we’ve created. So whether you’re joining us for a drink at the bar or a special event we aim to go above and beyond every time you visit.

When it comes to pizzas ours are pretty special. Using our very own dough recipe, our hand-stretched pizzas have a rich tomato, marinated buffalo Mozzarella & grated Mozzarella base which we top with the freshest ingredients and cook to perfection.

All our steaks are sourced from within the British Isles (with exception of the Argentinian ribeye of course) and aged for a minimum of 21 days on the bone. Served with confit tomato, triple cooked chips and buttermilk onion rings for that perfect combination.

Our bar boasts an expertly crafted list of classic cocktails, alongside rows of boutique spirits as well as a range of world beers on tap and in the fridges. Guest ales make an appearance with some local additions and we haven’t forgotten about a few non-alcoholic concoctions too here at our Harrogate pub.

With great food comes great wine so here at The Curious Cow of Harrogate we’ve made sure that only our favourite make it onto the list. From small producers to big name vineyards, by the glass or by the bottle we’ve carefully paired our wines with the dishes on our food menu.
